1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Chalkline Reports website, starting or submitting the diagnostic, accessing a hosted report, or contacting us through the diagnostic workflow, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions issued by Design Glyphe Limited operating Chalkline Reports.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website or submit the diagnostic.

2. Who may use the website

The website and diagnostic are intended for business users evaluating Chalkline Reports for a commercial operation.

You represent that you are using the website for a legitimate commercial or professional purpose and that you have authority to submit business information you provide to us.

3. What the diagnostic is and is not

The Reputation Intelligence Report is an informational business diagnostic based on the answers you provide and the logic built into the website. It is not legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or investment advice.

The diagnostic does not create a client, fiduciary, or advisory relationship by itself. It is also not a promise that you will achieve any particular revenue, lead, reputation, or business outcome.

4. Permitted use and prohibited conduct

You may use the website only for lawful purposes consistent with these terms.

• submit false, misleading, or impersonated information;
• probe, disrupt, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the website;
• use the diagnostic to benchmark or copy the product for a competing service;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to another person's report or submission;
• use the website in a way that violates applicable law or another party's rights.

5. Hosted reports and link sharing

Hosted reports are delivered through a private report URL. That URL is intended to remain available for up to 120 days, but it may become unavailable earlier if the website is restarted, redeployed, or the underlying infrastructure changes.

The report URL is bearer access. Anyone with the active link can read the report while it remains available. You are responsible for deciding whom you share that link with.

6. Communications and consent

By submitting the diagnostic, you authorize us to communicate with you about that diagnostic on the channels you selected, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Optional operational notes, where offered, are separate from required diagnostic communications and may be withdrawn at any time.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content, copy, visual design, report structure, diagnostic logic, branding, and software on this website are owned by Design Glyphe Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, republish, or create derivative works from the website or diagnostic framework without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers and no warranties

The website and diagnostic are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not warrant that the website will always be available, error free, or compatible with your systems, or that the hosted report will remain accessible for any fixed period beyond the stated intended availability window.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Design Glyphe Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising out of or related to the website, diagnostic, report access, or your reliance on any diagnostic output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from the website and diagnostic will not exceed the amount you paid us directly for the website diagnostic giving rise to the claim. If no amount was paid, our aggregate liability will be limited to the minimum amount permitted to be limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Design Glyphe Limited and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the website, your breach of these terms, your violation of law, or your submission of information you did not have the right to provide.

11. Site changes, suspension, and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or diagnostic at any time, including report availability, product copy, or eligibility criteria for access to the diagnostic.

We may restrict or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, posed a security risk, or used the website in a misleading, abusive, or unlawful manner.

12. Separate commercial agreements

Submitting the diagnostic does not obligate either party to enter a commercial relationship. No installation, managed service, consulting, or performance-fee arrangement exists unless both parties sign a separate written agreement.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer or data-protection rights that may apply by law where they cannot be excluded.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do so, we will publish the updated version on this page and revise the last-updated date.
